The Association owns 224 homes in Birkenhead, 72 in Wallasey, 64 in Port Sunlight and 8 in Bromborough.  They consist of 212 houses and 156 flats.  In terms of size, 138 of our homes have one bedroom, 93 have two bedrooms, 125 have three bedrooms and 12 have four or more bedrooms.

The Association is a member of the Wirralhomes Choice Based Lettings Scheme.  To become a tenant of the Association  you will need to register with Wirralhomes and then apply for one of our homes when they are advertised through the scheme.  To see all the properties advertised at the moment, click on the Wirralhomes logo below.

Homes are offered to applicants that have been registered with Wirralhomes longest, so it is important to register as quickly as possible and to ensure you renew your registration each year.

During 2012 a new choice based lettings scheme covering much of Merseyside will be launched.  The scheme will be called Property Pool Plus and will allow those registered to apply for homes in Wirral, Liverpool, Knowsley, Halton and Sefton.
