Our Homes
The Association owns 242 homes in Birkenhead, 80 in Wallasey, 64 in Port Sunlight and 8 in Bromborough. They consist of 238 houses and 156 flats. In terms of size, 149 of our homes have one bedroom, 108 have two bedrooms, 125 have three bedrooms and 12 have four or more bedrooms. All of our housing stock meets the Decent Homes Standard.
The Association is a member of the Property Pool Plus Choice Based Lettings Scheme. To become a tenant of the Association you will need to register with Property Pool Plus and then apply for one of our homes when they are advertised through the scheme. Homes are offered to applicants in order of highest category of housing need. For those in the same category of need, homes are offered to those that have been registered with Property Pool Plus longest, so it is important to register as quickly as possible and to ensure you renew your registration each year.

You can also apply for a mutual exchange through Property Pool Plus if you want to swap homes with someone locally. If you are looking for an exchange with someone somewhere else in the country, please contact the office for advice.
Property Pool Plus also allows those registered who have a local connection to apply for properties in Liverpool, Knowsley, Halton and Sefton.
